Hello. We are releasing the Musecat δ6 update.
As you may have noticed, from today we no longer append a version number to Musecat. Please call it Musecat, not Musecat³! Version names are now defined as δ(delta)n.
We have recently received multiple reports that service usage feels slower than before on various devices. Please note that you can improve performance by adjusting the

Translation and terminologyWe have extensively refined translations and terminology usage across the product.
SystemLoading states are now communicated more clearly while each page is being loaded.
Design and user experienceBlur can now be set step-by-step in settings. The default blur strength is set to Light.

Location service and homeLocation service permission state is now reflected more accurately.
Arcade documentsDocument edit reflection speed has been greatly improved.
Profile and membershipWe applied character limits for user handles, nicknames, and bios.

Translation and terminology
  • We have extensively refined translations and terminology usage across the product.
System
  • Loading states are now communicated more clearly while each page is being loaded.
  • If the OS or browser language does not match the language used when accessing Musecat, we now display a banner recommending a language change.
  • Font and blur strength settings now take effect immediately when the site is accessed.
    Previously, these settings could feel slow to apply on first load, but that has been fixed so it should feel less frustrating now.
  • We fixed many bugs throughout the app that were too numerous to list individually.
  • More varied embed preview images are displayed when sharing a link.
Design and user experience
  • Blur can now be set step-by-step in settings. The default blur strength is set to Light.
  • We adjusted transparency and contrast values in some designs.
  • We resolved various bugs including search results not scrolling, and improved the search box design.
  • We made design improvements in many appropriate places.
Search
  • Support documents are now searchable.
Location service and home
  • Location service permission state is now reflected more accurately.
  • When GPS location permission changes while using GPS mode, the home screen state now refreshes naturally.
  • The region filter structure has been reverted to the previous version’s approach. (Korean only)
  • When returning to home after changing pages, the last selected game or region now takes priority. (Korean only)
  • You can now immediately view arcade documents you are editing on the home screen.
Arcade documents
  • Document edit reflection speed has been greatly improved.
  • We improved the communication channel editing flow.
  • We limited the height of the document history preview box.
  • We added color to indicate closed hours in business hours.
Profile and membership
  • We applied character limits for user handles, nicknames, and bios.
    • Userhandle: max 15 characters
    • Nickname: max 10 characters
    • Bio: max 100 characters
Support / legacy feed
  • We opened a support page.
    • You can now check updates, announcements, and various Musecat news there.
